About The Lift Box
The Lift Box is the largest fitness subscription box service in the United States and is curated for fitness enthusiasts, delivering top-tier supplements, apparel, snacks, and gear every month. We are looking for a creative and passionate Junior Social Media Manager to help us grow and engage our community across digital platforms. The Junior Social Media Manager would work directly for our Senior Social Media Manager. Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop high-quality written, video, photo, and graphic content that aligns with The Lift Box’s brand and resonates with our audience.
Social Media Management: Assist in maintaining both manual and scheduled posting processes using scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
Creator Outreach & Collaborations: Build and manage relationships with content creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to develop collaborative campaigns.
User-Generated Content (UGC): Manage the collection and sharing of UGC from our community using platforms like LoudCrowd.
Content Planning & Organization: Work with the marketing team to build and maintain content libraries and a strategic social media calendar.
Event Support: Assist in coordinating community partner events and activations alongside the sampling team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (Later preferred, but experience with Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social is a plus).
- Basic video/photo editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
- A creative, collaborative, and proactive mindset—ready to learn and grow!
