What are the responsibilities and job description for the Employment Training Supervisor position at The Light-House Recovery Program, Inc?
The responsibilities of the Employment Training Supervisor (ETS) at The Light House Recovery Program play a critical role in ensuring that both participants and staff members receive comprehensive training at our work experience sites. Ensuring that each participant/staff is fully equipped to accurately and excellently complete their job duties. This includes certifying participants who have successfully completed the training. The ETS will also incorporate building up all trainees and volunteers in their spiritual growth through encouragement, devotion, and biblical guidance.
Some duties include but are not limited to;
- Coordinate training and development of employees and participants
- Evaluate Training Initiatives
- Maintain Training Records: Task Sheets, Timecards and Evaluation
- Administration Training Programs
- Develop Training Skills
- Provide Participants with feedback
- Ensure every participant obtains their ServSafe Certification via online
- Identify Participant of the Month
- Identify Staff of the Quarter
- Solicit and establish pool of volunteers
- Train Volunteers
Certification: ServSafe, CPR/First Aid
License: Must posses and maintain a valid California Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
