What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Resource Worker/ Case Manager position at The Lighthouse?
- Answer domestic violence and sexual assault crisis lines
- Provide comprehensive case management services including transportation, individualized service plans, information and community referrals, and advocacy
- Complete children's needs assessments
- Facilitate children's educational group
- Assist in childcare and school enrollment
- Maintain the safety and security of all play areas and equipment
- Complete residential intakes and work to meet the daily needs of residents
- Coordinate services related to parenting and family stabilization
- Complete monthly reports and data entry
- Serve as the Emergency Coordinator
- Be instrumental in helping manage a small residential facility
- Should have at least two years case management experience and/ or residential management experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
