The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with medical businesses such as med spas. You will take the lead in pitching our digital marketing services, handling sales calls, and converting leads into long-term clients. Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the medical space, particularly med spas, through outreach and prospecting.
- Conduct pitch meetings, present services, and close deals independently.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and referrals.
- Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or a consultative sales role.
- Experience in the medical field (e.g., med spas) is preferred.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
