This position provides administrative support to the Human Resource Director and Human Resource Business Partners at multiple sites. The HR Administrator runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports, prepares Excel reports and Word documents, provides assistance to employees, and performs various administrative duties. This position will be the administrator for the UpLinc channel that provides an avenue for communication to all employees. The HR Administrator will play a part in Employee Engagement activities. Human Resources / Recruiting Acts as a back up for employee issues and onsite HR coverage Monitor and maintain the Human Resource Information Center to ensure data is up to date and posted as necessary Scheduling of interviews, facilitation of employment testing, scheduling of pre-employment physical and drug-screens Participate in all job fairs Prepares and keep Onboarding activties organized Creates employee identification badges Maintenance and creation of all employee files Assists employees with routine HR and benefits questions Filing all documents related to human resources, payroll, and benefits Lead, facilitate, and participate in special projects and meetings as assigned Administrative Administrative support for the Harris Products Group HR Department in multiple sites Compilation of all HPG HR monthly reports and metrics Direct the new hire orientation once a week and other times as necessary Order lunches and meals as needed for orientations and other events Employee Engagement Administrator for UpLinc, an employee communication channel Active memeber of the employee engagement committee, assisting with necessary budget approval and leading activities. Off shift and Saturdays will occasionally be required. Time and Attendance Submission and review of all new hires information, change of status forms, and deduction verification for payroll processing Assists HRBP with review of all absence request forms for completeness and accuracy and verification of all absence request forms prior to entry in the attendance database Assists with attendance issues including corrective action and paid time off Serves as back-up for HRBP in all matters regarding payroll, time and attendance, and vacation tracking, and monthly reporting Education and / or Experience Required - High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2 years in payroll / time and attendance, benefits, and / or human resoApply here :
