Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Engineer to join our team in Montauk, Long Island. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project schedule and budget tracking, interfacing with municipal clients, design teams, and contractors, and coordinating and tracking project documents.
- Assist with project schedule and budget tracking and monitoring
- Interface with municipal client, design team and contractors
- Coordinate and track project documents (drawings, specs etc.
- Assist Project Manager with change orders, RFI's, submittals, and response letters to the contractors
- Prepare and maintain project records including weekly and monthly project status reports
- Attend project meetings, draft and distribute meeting minutes
