LiRo's Environmental Business Unit provides a wide range of engineering design services, from UST/AST programs to hazardous materials management; site investigation; alternatives analysis; remediation design and construction support.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an Environmental Project Manager/Construction Manager to work on public housing projects throughout the five boroughs.
- Oversee and implementation of program aimed at supporting lead abatement projects
- Prepare and manage field inspection schedules
- Review field data for completeness and accuracy
- Manage design teams and abatement/post-abatement construction teams to meet work order deliverables and timetables
- Maintain program document control requirements
- Review contractor payments and change orders
- Coordinate program activities with various departments and NYC regulatory agencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
- 5 years project management experience
- Fully licensed with valid NYS DOL and NYC DEP Certifications, HAZMAT, and Code Compliance experience
- Public Housing experience a big
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented and strong leadership skills
