Key Responsibilities
- Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to meet project deadlines.
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality construction outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to develop and communicate project work plans.
- OSHA 30 Certification required.
