**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Superintendent to join our team at The LiRo Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of various construction projects.
Your primary duties will include inspecting construction work to ensure compliance with building standards and project specifications, coordinating scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors, and monitoring work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met.
You will also be responsible for maintaining a written daily log of visitors, job actions performed, materials expended, and problems resolved on the job site, and identifying and resolving problems and conflicts that may arise during the course of a project.
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large scale, multi-contract building projects. You must also have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to develop and communicate a project work plan.
