We have an immediate need for a Scheduler to lead our construction management team at the Jamaica, NY location.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling all phases of construction from planning to project close-out.
This role involves reviewing construction design drawings and specifications, conducting field visits, and gathering data necessary to organize and develop CPM schedules.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and coordinating CPM schedules for all phases of construction
- Reviewing construction design drawings and specifications
- Conducting field visits and gathering data necessary to organize and develop CPM schedules
- Preparing CPM scheduling activities and developing appropriate logic relationships and activity durations
- Performing bottom-up resource and cost loading of schedule activities when required
