The LiRo Group is seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent to lead our construction endeavors in Rockland County, NY.
This position comes with an estimated hourly compensation range of $40-$56, dependent on location and qualifications.
Main Objectives:
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to achieve project goals.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting work and materials.
- Ensure project adherence to contractual terms through regular site inspections.
Key Qualifications:
- No less than 6 years of experience in multi-phase construction projects involving large-scale buildings or rehabilitation projects.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects.
