Leadership Role
As a Site Superintendent Leader, you will lead a team of professionals responsible for overseeing the construction process. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing project work plans, monitoring manpower and performance against those plans, and ensuring coordination between various project trades.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 10-12 years' experience in site preparation and grading (preferred but not required).
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Proficient with Microsoft products and able to develop/communicate project work plans, monitor manpower and performance, and perform detailed comparisons of design drawings.
