Director -PART TIME Saturday-Sunday days, nights required

Essential Job Functions:

• Sell the Program By Leading and Assisting and making sure the kids WANT to come to your classes, camps and parties because you teach the BEST with others and you can be both a leader and a follower while providing customer service and selling memberships - Don't worry, we spend 30-90 days to train you and teach you the HOW and WHY we are the World's premiere fitness program for kids age BIRTH (4 months - 12 years old )!

• Teach GREAT classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method

• Providing outstanding customer service and membership experience second to none

• Oversee the full breadth of offered programs to ensure the extremely high standards of The Little Gym International are met

• Oversee training and evaluation of The Little Gym team with the LEADERSHIP TEAM: ASSIST PROGRAM and GYM DIRECTORS

Qualifications:

• A background in SALES, child development, physical education and/or gymnastics is a plus

• Customer service experience

• Relates well to customers of all ages

• Experience training others

• Love to have fun and not only smiles easily but finds joy in making others smile
