At The Little Gym of Eagan, we believe in having fun while making real strides—whether it’s in gymnastics, building confidence, or creating memories that last a lifetime. We’re a place where kids discover the joy of learning, and now we’re looking for a Happiness Coordinator to help us spread the smiles and make things happen behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Director of Happiness, you'll wear many hats: from brainstorming fun and creative ways to share The Little Gym magic with the community to organizing events that make kids’ dreams come true. And yes, you’ll also have the chance to lead some classes, where your energy will spark joy in our gym!
Your Responsibilities
Marketing
- Dream up exciting social media content to show off the fun side of The Little Gym.
- Design flyers, newsletters, and posts that inspire families to come join in on the fun.
- Build relationships with local businesses and schools to share the word about all the great things we’re up to.
- Create and launch creative campaigns that make families want to be part of the magic.
- Comfortable creating content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using a variety of tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or equivalent)
Event Coordination
- Plan, prep, and execute signature events like Parent Survival Nights and birthday parties.
- Work with the team to make sure events are as fun as they are well-organized.
- Bring your creative touch to every event, from brainstorming themes to creating memorable experiences.
Teaching
- Lead part-time classes that encourage kids to explore, play, and grow.
- Work alongside your team to create a fun, safe, and energetic gym environment.
- Ensure the gym is clean, safe, and ready for the next fun-filled day.
