Summary
As a Site Coordinator at The Living Well Mission, you will play a vital role in overseeing educational programs and ensuring that students receive the support they need to thrive. This position is essential in advancing our mission of providing quality education and fostering community development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee educational programs and activities at the site.
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of students.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure effective program delivery.
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Organize workshops, events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain communication with students, parents, and stakeholders regarding program updates.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
- *Is under the direct supervision of Site Coordinator 1
*Assists in the development, coordination, and implementation of after school program
(including, but not limited to, academic enrichment; sports and recreation; visual and performing arts; health/nutrition; technology; environmental/outdoor education; etc.)
*Coordination and implementation of school-site activities;
*Participation in building relationships with students and parents
*Assist in planning and successful implementation of after school programs.
*Recruit and enroll students into the program.
* Promote participation of students, school staff, volunteers, and parents.
*Plan and implement a variety of extra-curricular activities for after school.
* Maintain student attendance records.
* Other related duties as assigned by Site coordinator 1
*Keep a consistent headcount on all children present at site; communicate changes with all other staff
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and community members.
- Experience working with diverse student populations is highly desirable.
- Ability to develop engaging educational content tailored to student needs.

Requirements:
Two years’ college level courses (48 units) work in child development or a related field
Two years of experience working with children such as academic enrichment, visual/performing arts, health/nutrition, technology, sports/recreation, etc. (preferred)
Basic computer and technology skills.
Demonstrated experience working with diverse cultures and populations.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
