As a Dining Room Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy their meals in a welcoming and fine dining atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using to ensure all guest requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to enhance the guest's dining experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while adhering to food safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fine dining environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
