This role is in Saginaw, TX (15 mins northwest of Fort Worth)

Responsibilities
- Oversee all (Full Cycle) recruitment, interviews, selection, and hiring processes for all company positions
- Conduct Backgrounds, DPS records, and referrals for the selection of new employees along with issuing offer letters, following up on those letters, and completing full orientation for that new team member.
- Maintain department records and reports and work within the ATS, Payroll and Time Keeping systems along with the EMR as assigned
- Participate in administrative staff meetings
- Keep personnel documentation up-to-date and confidential
- Conduct organizational departmental planning along with administering and managing employee benefits (health, vision, dental, 401(k), and life insurance, etc.)
- Select new employees from a pool of candidates and perform hiring, orientation, and on-boarding processes
- Become the go-to for the skilled nursing team for matters of regulatory compliance for personnel items
- Ability to secure the timely and accurate Payroll and along with all financial issues related with employees’ times and accounts
- Execute and enforce policies relating to employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health along with State and Federal Guidelines
Must-Haves for This Role
- The right person for this position will be an excellent communicator, personable, very well organized, and will have exceptional multitasking skills
- Professional HR will understand the need for confidentiality in the workplace
- Must have at least 1 year of previous work experience in a Skilled Nursing as a HR Generalist -
- Be tech savvy with strong Microsoft Suite and EMR/ Payroll experience
- Must be organized and pays strong attention to detail along with excellent time management skills
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent but a Associates degree or higher, preferred
