We are currently seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others, who creates and fosters a team environment, and who wants to make a difference in the lives of others.
The Vice President of Operations assists with day-to-day supervision of operations of assigned communities. Responsible for identifying and evaluating current community systems as well as implementing all Loft Healthcare standards, policy and procedures. Builds and strives to maintain high customer and employee satisfaction and successful financial results while assisting with recruiting and selecting facility Administrators.
REQUIREMENTS:
- This position does require an active State of Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license.
- A minimum of three years’ experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator preferred.
- Understanding of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and the applicable state and federal regulations that govern the operation of skilled nursing homes
- Ability to work successfully with diverse staff and resident population
- Proven leadership and communication skills
