Duties
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide support to the office manager with daily tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Computer literacy skills, including Google Calandar, RingCentral, Gmail.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in proofreading and editing documents for clarity and professionalism.
