SUMMARY:
The Supply Technician support the Installation and Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA) Property Book for LRC, Garrison and DLI. They provide services in support of asset requisition, receipt, short-term holding, inventory, issue, redistribution, classification, turn-in, maintaining hand receipts/annexes, adjustment reports, reconciliations and serial number and unique item tracking. They use the appropriate property book LIS for transactions, accountability and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure items are turned-in and issue with the proper paperwork and certifications needed by the ISSA and DLADS.
- Provides guidance and technical expertise to assigned work group for the processing and segregation of receipts, operating the Central Receiving Point (CRP), utilizing handheld terminals and automated system as applicable, implementing causative research and reconciling documents.
- Provides customer assistance and performing data cleansing when applicable.
- Assists with required inventories, processing warehouse denials, turn-ins and maintaining hand receipt files of temporary loans.
- Responsible for complying with year-end and close out actions, discrepancy reports and stock readiness. Provide Limited/ Selected Force Modernization Equipment Fielding Support

NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide new OCIE Fielding Support services to include warehousing, conducting or assisting Program Executive Office (PEO) Soldier in issuing new OCIE directly to individuals or in bulk to units, uploading Rapid Fielding Initiative (RFI) issues and turn-ins in ISM and maintaining hand receipt records Other duties as assigned/approved by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of AR 710-2, AR 700-84, DA PAM 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-2, AR-735-5, CTA 50-900, CTA 50-909, CTA 50-970, CIPBO SOP, AR 840-10, AR 25-400-2, and Army Record Information Management System (ARIMS).
- Knowledge of Warehouse functions: receiving, accounting for and properly tracking.
- Knowledge to plan and accomplish a variety of complex work assignments and/or identify problems and be able to analyze and resolve
- Organization skills to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
- Intuitive, interpretive, and analytical comprehension to rapidly identify and resolve problems. Follow all Safety Regulation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time, talk on the telephone, work on a computer for extended periods of time, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must possess visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; and the manual dexterity to operate a cell phone, handheld radio, telephone, and keyboard.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/HOURS:
This position is not eligible for remote work, as the essential functions of the role require the employee to perform duties on-site. Job is performed indoors and outdoors. May be exposed to inclement/extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment may vary from moderate to high, depending on location. Job will require working flexible hours, sometimes under short notice, to accommodate for mission requirements to include weekends and holidays.
