Key Responsibilities :
- Refine attorney recruiting strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the recruiting brand, including social media presence.
- Develop information-sharing systems for attorney recruitment and retention.
- Maintain recruiting metrics, diversity initiatives, and retention reports.
- Partner with HR to facilitate offer letters and onboarding for summer associates and laterals.
- Travel to multiple offices as needed.
