Position : Contract Business Immigration AttorneyLocation : Remote with occasional office visits (Newport Beach, CA, or City of Industry, CA)Compensation : Paid per case - hourly and / or flat feeWe are currently seeking a skilled Business Immigration Attorney on a contract basis to handle a variety of business immigration matters, with a strong focus on EB-5 and PERM labor certification cases. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with significant experience in immigration law to work remotely while occasionally visiting our offices as needed.Responsibilities : Manage business immigration cases, including PERM labor certification applications, H-1B visas, L-1 visas, O-1 visas, EB-5 investor visas, and other employment-based immigration matters.Provide strategic legal advice to employers and employees on PERM-related issues, including job descriptions, recruitment processes, and compliance requirements.Draft, prepare, and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and other relevant agencies.Stay updated on immigration law developments and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.Qualifications : Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction.At least 5 years of experience in business immigration law, with substantial experience in EB-5 and PERM labor certification cases.Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
