What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Attorney / Counsel position at The Los Angeles County Bar Association - LACBA?
We are seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate to senior-level / counsel to work out of our Los Angeles office.The candidate will have 3 - 12 years (classes 2013 - 2022) of strong complex commercial litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions, researching, drafting pleadings, managing e-discovery, and handling large-scale document productions. Experience with civil / criminal antitrust, class action, product liability, securities, environmental, corporate governance litigation, or internal investigations is helpful but not required. Judicial clerkship is a plus. U.S. Federal Court experience is required.Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required. California State Bar is required.All candidates must be in the top 25% of their graduating class and graduated from one of the top 50 U.S. law schools.
