Focus :
Represent clients in a broad range of insurance-related disputes and litigation matters.

Collaborate with team members to prepare for and participate in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Maintain client relationships by providing regular updates, expert advice, and strategic recommendations.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and billable hour requirements.
Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry standards.
Skill Set :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.
Valid and active membership with the California State Bar.
3-7 years of legal practice in California, with a significant focus on Insurance litigation.
Demonstrated ability in handling and resolving legal disputes.
Licenses to practice in additional states are beneficial.
