What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Football Coach position at The Los Angeles Rams?
The Los Angeles Rams Community Coaches play a vital role in delivering impactful programs that inspire and educate young people. As a Community Football Coach, you will be responsible for setting up and running football drills and activities for competitive and non-competitive youth programming. You will also teach the fundamentals of football, character development, leadership skills, and promote community and inclusion.
Responsibilities Include:
- Creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm, moral character, teamwork, competitiveness, and fun
- Managing on-site functions of skill camps, in-school assemblies, PLAY 60 Field Days, football tournaments, and clinics
- Working with staff, players, and coaches to deliver high-quality programs
- Ensuring participant safety and well-being
