Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Front and Back of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and service areas. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Handle food safely following all health regulations and guidelines.
- Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and safely.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Collaborate with front/back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Manage time effectively to meet service demands during peak hours.
- Operate cash registers or POS systems as needed for transactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Experience with cash registers or POS systems is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with team members and customers alike.
