What are the responsibilities and job description for the Turndown Associate position at The Lucie?

Responsibilities:
- Anticipate guests’ needs
- Respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Clean rooms/suites, as assigned, which includes: making beds, cleaning
- bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
- prepare room for evening services such as adjust drapes, adjust room lighting,
- etc.
- Report room as clean to front desk
- Report any damages or maintenance problems to the Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible scheduling (MUST be able to work weekends!)
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
