We are expanding our team and seeking skilled Maintenance Supervisors in Omaha, NE to join our dynamic team.Description:As a Maintenance Supervisor with our company, you will lead the charge for maintenance excellence in property management, ensuring our properties are well-maintained and running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising a team and participating in on-call responsibilities for multiple properties.
- Training and overseeing the work of maintenance technicians in your region.
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner with the highest level of quality.
- Repairing, replacing, and maintaining apartment equipment and fixtures.
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical equipment.
- Snow removal and property grounds cleanup.
- Frequently walking, bending, lifting/pulling/pushing up to 70 pounds.
- All other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family community setting.
- A valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment. We will cover the cost of certification, including any retakes.
- Excellent mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills required.
- Experience with Yardi preferred.
- Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required.
- A personal smartphone is necessary (monthly reimbursement available).
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge preferred.
