Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Clean and maintain all grounds areas, including common spaces and vacant units
- Routinely clean move-in, move-out, and vacant units to ensure they are ready for occupancy
- Conduct trash removal and snow removal tasks as needed
Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, and push/pull up to 70 pounds regularly
- High level of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
