Position Summary
As a Maintenance Leader with THE LUND COMPANY, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and overseeing the maintenance operations of our properties in Omaha, NE. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and experience in the field of maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and participate in on-call responsibilities for multiple properties.
- Train and oversee the work of maintenance technicians in your region.
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner with the highest level of quality.
- Repair, replace, and maintain apartment equipment, fixtures, and other assets.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and electrical equipment.
- Perform snow removal and property grounds cleanup duties as needed.
Requirements:
- One to three years of maintenance experience, preferably in a multi-family community setting.
- Valid EPA certification or must be certified within 90 days of employment. The company will pay for this certification.
- Excellent mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills required.
- Yardi experience preferred.
- Ability to work on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Valid Driver License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance required.
