Part-Time : Physician, Group Medical Visit Facilitator
Required Skills & Qualifications :
California Medical License, MD or DO.
DEA Certificate, CPR and Board Certification.
Bilingual in English / Spanish is required.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a member of a team. __
Ability to work well under pressure and meet multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines. __
Available to work dependable, flexible shift. __
Description of Duties :
Supervises residents, mid-levels, students, and other clinical support staff as appropriate.
Group Medical Visit : Facilitation, curriculum development, training, and operational integration.
Population Health Equity Physician.
Helps develop the model of care for GMV.
Teaches and instructs faculty, residents, and staff in GMV operations and function.
Supervises and runs the GMV program with residents and staff.
Examines, diagnoses, treats and / or refers patients assigned to physician’s panel.
Keeps and maintains appropriate and accurate records and patient charts.
