Location: Denver, CO (with travel to Boulder and Fort Collins)
Salary: $65,000 annually
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week, on-site)
About Us: The Luxe Room is a leading name in aesthetics with three medical spa locations in Colorado. We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating highly engaging video content. If you excel at capturing and crafting compelling content, developing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies, building a collaborative social community, and driving brand growth, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating Video Content and Editing: Daily filming and basic editing using both iPhone and DSLR. Professional editing services are also available for you to utilize.
- Onsite Presence: Full-time position based in our Denver office, with required visits to our Boulder and Fort Collins locations multiple times per month.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including content production and distribution. Understand segmentation and tagging to optimize lists.
- Social Media Management: Oversee all social media channels, including ideation, content planning, generation, posting, and management. Stay updated on trends and best practices, especially on Instagram and TikTok. Engage with followers and manage conversations on social media channels. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) on social media performance.
- Non-Digital Marketing: Plan and execute community partnerships, advertising campaigns, and local events.
- Reporting: Provide monthly reports on marketing outcomes and performance across all channels and create action plans to adapt and improve.
- Collaborative Projects: Work with various partners on diverse projects to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Website Content Creation: Produce compelling content ideas for our website, blog, and e-commerce sites (coding experience not required).
- Financial Accountability: Be accountable for the financial performance and growth of all managed marketing channels.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media content production.
- Proficiency in managing social media channels, especially Instagram and TikTok, with demonstrated examples of social media growth.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and execution, including segmentation and tagging.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to work with project management software.
- Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to engage in conversations on social media channels.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns and community events.
- Strong analytical skills to report on marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
- A passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry is a plus.
