What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administration Assistant position at The M3ND Project?
About The MEND Project
The MEND Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, equipping, and restoring individuals impacted by emotional abuse. We provide comprehensive resources and training to survivors and those who support them, aiming to foster healing and prevent further harm.
Our mission is to end what we define as Double Abuse®—the additional trauma that occurs when victims seek help but are met with disbelief, judgment, or harmful responses from friends, family, or professionals. By raising awareness and offering practical tools, we strive to create a compassionate community where survivors feel understood and supported.
Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, which repairs broken pottery with precious metals, we believe that individuals can emerge from their experiences stronger and more beautiful. Through our workshops, courses, and resources, we guide survivors on their journey toward clarity and self-restoration.
At The MEND Project, we are committed to bringing hope and healing to those affected by emotional abuse, ensuring they have access to the support and information needed to reclaim their lives.
