Position summary:
Join our 5-star Team! Personal vehicle and valid DL required. Part-time, full-time opportunities. Monday-Friday and earn more Saturday & Sunday (additional pay! $$$). This position is to cover New Client demand. In this role, which reports to our Crew Lead and/or Owner, you will clean gorgeous homes throughout Manatee and Sarasota Counties. The position requires a personal vehicle to commute Saturday and Sunday (10am-5pm) availability as well as weekdays (9am-6pm) - possibility to grow into future management opportunities. The Made Clean Co. is an energetic and fun organization. Our processes are paperless and our workflow organization is powered by Jobber.com from Quotes to Cleaning Checklists. Responsibilities:
– Completing tasks according to the provided Cleaning Checklists. Attention to detail.
– Managing a particular area of the Client’s home and ensuring a high level of quality
– Working with minimal supervision
– Assessing a Client’s home, prioritizing tasks, and using good judgment to customize the appointment per client’s wishes
– Building positive relationships with Clients by earning their trust and respect
– Complying with proper safety policies and procedures
– Transporting all equipment and supplies from each visit and to storage facility end of day
– Attention to detail for cleaning and organizing
– Professionally addressing any complaints or issues and reporting to management
– Taking the initiative to delight our Clients wherever possible

Requirements:
– Smart phone
– Valid driver’s license with no serious infractions within the past 12 months
– Personal vehicle capable of transporting a residential vacuum and cleaning supplies
– Clean criminal record
– Previous cleaning experience is an asset, not required
Work hours:
– Weekdays 9am-6pm. Weekends 10am-5pm.
Compensation:
Based on experience or $17.00/hour cash tips from Clients
Additional information:
– A criminal background check will be performed before hiring
– Paid training will be provided upon hire
