POSITION SUMMARY

The Magnolia Agency is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager specializing in commercial lines, with a strong focus on servicing construction clients. This role is essential to our commitment to providing exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions to our commercial clients. The Commercial Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client servicing, policy administration, and account management, acting as a trusted advisor to clients within the construction industry.

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong emphasis on construction clients preferred.
  • License: Valid property and casualty insurance license.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction-related insurance lines, including familiarity with industry-specific risks and coverages (e.g., builders’ risk, contractors’ general liability).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex accounts and provide proactive client solutions.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.



Salary : $60,000 - $120,000
