Position Summary:

As Workspace Manager for The Malin, your role will oversee the seamless daily operation of the floor, ensuring an exceptional level of member service is delivered at all times. You will function as a primary point of contact for existing members and the onsite team throughout the operations, maintaining a highly responsive and supportive environment. This role will be integral in supporting the sales process as we launch and grow our member base, handling correspondence via varied platforms and coordinating touring with prospective members. At all times, you will demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the variety of venue and product offerings in addition to serving as a resource for all on site inquiries. You will partner closely with the General Manager, grow your understanding of the business, establish meaningful relationships with the members and support hiring, training and development of team

members. A full scope understanding of the custom designed space, the range of amenities and a comprehensive knowledge of any potential troubleshooting processes is of the utmost importance and will be crucial in this managerial role.

The Workspace Manager is positioned as a springboard opportunity during an incredibly exciting expansion period, with accelerated leadership prospects considered for suitable candidates.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee core ‘Workspace’ team, coordinating scheduling, ensuring constant presence on the floor and closely monitoring progressive performance.
• Demonstrate a constant attention to cultivating a positive, attentive environment for members, guests and the team.
• Actively support the sales process via in person tours, connections, and via digital communications - maintaining 100% occupancy in the space and growing engagement with the brand.
• Promote and engage members with opt-in services offered by the Member Resources team & facilitate seamless management of Meeting Room reservations and Executive Assistant Services offering.
• Identify member or site related issues for immediate attention, escalate/communicate as necessary and document accordingly.
• Coordinate multi layered, fast paced operation, prioritizing daily tasks and special projects whilst communicating and delegating effectively.
• Support periodic business review and management of site inventory, ordering and supply needs with support of your team.
• Uphold a positive, approachable and personable leadership presence on the floor
