Location : Denver, CO Reporting To : Division President Status : Non-Exempt, Full-Time Salary : $24 -26 / HR

EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE :
The Compliance Administrator is responsible for promoting and enforcing established residential property standards designed to preserve the aesthetics and lifestyle of the community. These standards are defined by the HOA Governing Documents and other requirements set forth by the Board of Directors. This role partners closely with the Compliance Inspector to discuss community status and homeowner feedback.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct exterior inspections of all homeowner change and / or improvement requests to verify specifications are in accordance with community standards
- Prepare and mail courtesy notices produced from site inspections and / or as reported by the Community Services Officers (CSOs)
- Process Architectural Control applications; prepare related plan review documentation for Committee review / approval
- Attend Architectural Control meetings, prepare packets in advance, and record minutes
- Prepare and deliver communications to homeowners regarding the Architectural Control process; provide timely and accurate feedback to related questions and concerns
- Provide compliance training as directed by community leadership
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
