We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring that all information is recorded accurately and efficiently, supporting the overall administrative functions of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into databases and systems while ensuring high levels of accuracy.
- Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Utilize Excel for data manipulation, including creating pivot tables to summarize data.
- Assist in the management of administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits of data to maintain accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with pivot tables is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management systems is advantageous.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
