Position: In-Room Dining Attendant
We are looking for an attentive and professional In-Room Dining Attendant to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring that all in-room dining experiences are smooth, pleasant, and personalized.
- Accurately deliver food and beverages to guest rooms according to the order specifications, ensuring that each item is correct, well-presented, and at the appropriate temperature.
- Set up the dining area in the room, including trays, table settings, linens, and condiments, in accordance with hotel standards.
- Address guest inquiries and special requests, including dietary preferences or any modifications to orders. Provide recommendations when appropriate and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Once guests have finished their meals, efficiently clear the room, removing dishes, trays, and any waste. Clean the dining area to maintain a tidy environment.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time. Communicate any guest feedback or special needs to relevant departments.
- If necessary, process guest payments for in-room dining orders, ensuring charges are accurate and recorded properly.
- Assist with restocking in-room dining items, such as linens, tableware, and condiments, ensuring everything is organized and readily available for future orders.
- Ensure that all food and beverage delivery equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Offer menu suggestions, including specials, drinks, or desserts, and ensure guests are aware of any seasonal or promotional offerings.

- Ability to accurately fulfill orders, ensuring all food and beverage items are prepared correctly and served according to guest preferences.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders while ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Previous experience in room service, hospitality, or food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
