Senior Transportation Project Manager

Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for a Senior Transportation Project Manager in our Charleston, WV office!

Key Responsibilities

• Project management of WVDOT-DOH projects
• Leading the preparation of transportation design plans/3D modeling for WVDOH transportation and/or municipal utility projects utilizing MicroStation and OpenRoads design software
• Performing and checking various design calculations
• Performing various tasks as they relate to preparing a design package (WVDOH Initial Engineering, Preliminary Engineering, and Final Design submissions, special provision development, estimates, RID packages, etc.) for milestone submittals to clients
• Providing technical expertise/guidance to junior staff
  
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar field of study
• Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of West Virginia (or other state with the ability to obtain registration in West Virginia upon employment) is required
• 7 years’ experience in the transportation and municipal utility sectors
• WVDOH transportation experience preferred.

Salary Range: $120000 - $140000
