As the Director of Learning and Development, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and guiding training and development opportunities for the entire Plumbing and Refrigeration group at Marmon. Your key responsibilities will include:
Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Training Management: Oversee the delivery of training programs, including in-person, virtual, and on-demand training sessions.
Needs Assessment: Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for employee development.
Curriculum Design: Create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
Leadership Development: Develop and implement leadership training programs to support the growth of future leaders within the organization.
Performance Tracking: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, department heads, and external vendors to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.
Budget Management: Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Compliance Training: Ensure all mandatory compliance training is conducted and documented in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously improve training offerings.

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in learning and development.
Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs
Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is a plus
