What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Manager position at The Martin Agency?
WE ARE / Martin's Executive Managers. Executive Managers are responsible for managing the schedules and work lives of the Executive Committee and Managing Directors, specifically around calendar management, travel, expenses, and time entry. Support will entail assisting Executive Committee members and Directors in their endeavors across the agency (i.e. helping with high-level meetings and agency projects across multiple departments and clients, as needed). Executive Managers help leaders to be as efficient with their time as possible, enabling them to perform their role effectively and expertly. The Executive Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of leadership, adding value and solutions as a dedicated partner, trusted advisor, and eyes of the agency.
YOUR BASELINE / An Executive Manager must be able to multitask, be extremely organized and proactive. Understand priorities and the urgency around situations, all the while maintaining composure, calm, and offering up solutions to achieve best results. Attention to detail is critical. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with delicate situations is key. Previous experience (3-5 years) as an Executive Assistant to C-Suite level executives is preferred.
