Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and clerical skills, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks such as creating documents and spreadsheets.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle client inquiries with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Law Firm receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly microsoft Suite.
- Strong typing skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
