The Martucci Group has an opening for a dynamic High Volume Asst General Manager with a passion for hospitality. This candidate is responsible for all front of house functions including guest relations, proper restaurant ambiance, supervision of all FOH staff, and managing the daily operations of our restaurant. This role would also include scheduling live entertainment.

What we are looking for:
· Asst General Manager in a high-volume upscale/polished casual restaurant · Strong passion for culinary excellence and service
· Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution

· Schedule consists of five 10 hour shifts. Nights & weekends required
