The Trap Brew Pub and Grill in Smithfield is seeking a Head Chef.
What You'll Do
- Work in conjunction with lead sous chef on managing all aspects of the BOH.
- Food quality and consistency.
- Event production/execution.
- Food execution timing.
- Food purchasing.
- BOH inventory.
- Scheduling.
- Hiring/training/discipline.
- Adhering to food and labor costs/budget.
- Communicate/work conjunction with Culinary Director vision.
