Warranty Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warranty Coordinator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience, assisting clients with their inquiries, and supporting their needs related to our products.
Salary/Benefits:
- Starting at $20-$25/hour, commensurate with education and work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails.
- Address customer questions, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, both independently and with team support.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Enter service request orders using company software (Sage BusinessWorks and Apex).
- Request purchase orders for services when applicable.
- Schedule Service Technicians daily to address service requests.
- Provide Service Technicians with detailed information for appointments.
- Offer support to Service Technicians in the field when questions arise.
- Close out service requests and confirm completion with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Excel, To Do, etc.).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
