What You Will Be Doing :
As the YES Warranty Claims Coordinator, you will review data related to claims, including process and payment.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provides effective and timely communication to both internal and external customers, providing relevant updates throughout the repair and warranty claim process.
- Works closely with Service department(s), as well as manufacturer(s) to open and effectively manage warranty work orders and claims.
- Accurately opens work orders including all related codes for internal and external work orders.
- Ensures approval is given for all parts, labor and miscellaneous charges by the customer and / or manufacturer during the repair process.
- Organize invoices, request and obtain required approvals, submit payment requests to Accounting
- Arrange conference calls, scheduling meetings and document meeting minutes and decisions
- Reviews and reconciles Field Service technician time.
- Ensures service reports match repairs completed and covered after closing work orders.
