What can you expect?
Full lifecycle recruitment, identifying and sourcing both active & passive talent through social / professional media sites, existing internal databases, and networking.Placing qualified and interested candidates that match our clients' unique culture, technical must haves and behaviors.Adhering to a well-defined process from initial position opening all the way to offer stage, and in some cases, to onboarding and beyondPreparing for and participating in status update and strategy meetings with clientsPre-screening and qualifying candidates for client's job requirementsPresenting & selling the job opportunity to gain interest or referrals from prospective candidates, making way for a win, win, win for the candidates, clients, and you as a team member of TheMasonGroup.Serving as primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers.Supporting onsite Client Services to ensure efficient interview process and World-Class Standard candidate experience.Hands-on training, mentored by a seasoned veteran.Safely and effectively lift, carry, and move objects of varying weights.Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, climbing, balancing, standing, and walking, for extended periods and maintain the necessary physical dexterity and coordination.What we need from you :
Creative, strategic thinking and ability to improvise when needed.Polished, professional telephone presencePositive attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbalExperience working in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and / or CRM (Client Relationship Management System) preferred, not required.Ability to work both independently and in a team environmentPrior experience in at least (1) of the following : Customer Service, human resources, retail, Client / Customer facing, recruiting or sales experienceCoachable, with the desire to take ownership of your workflow, not needing to be micromanaged.Desired behaviors : Passionate, success-driven, collaborative, superior communication, focused, coachable / trainable, and interpersonal skills
A Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.In the end, we have a robust training program. This position offers a base uncapped commission structure.
