The successful candidate must have the following qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with a concentration in Water and Wastewater treatment technologies5 years of professional experienceLicensed Professional EngineerDemonstrated experience actively practicing Civil / Environmental EngineeringProven capability of managing project budget, scope, schedule, and resources, as well as overseeing formal planning, tracking, and reporting of project performanceStrong leadership skills combined with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasksExcellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform basic functions in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plusDesign-Build experience is a plusThe successful candidate will have the opportunity to :
Develop proposals and construction cost opinionsWork directly with clients to implement projectsAcquire and apply diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practicesFunction in a lead engineering role for segments of projects including preparation of required design plans, specifications, and engineering reportsComplete detailed design for projects as neededProvide onsite engineering support, including construction managementActively participate in current business development or given the autonomy to develop new business opportunitiesSkills :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Proficiency in quantitative research methods and data analysis techniquesExperience using Bloomberg or similar financial software for data gathering and analysis.Knowledge of governmental accounting principles and regulationsAbility to create data visualizations and reports using tools such as Excel or TableauExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysisAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial modelingAchieve the requirements & responsibilities by :Initiating new, creative ideas.Having a willingness to be flexible - adapting to new pathsStrong problem solving / troubleshooting practices.Able to manage multiple projects.Being a team player and working cross-functionally.Managing resources and relationships - internally and externally.Consistently evaluating processes, automate, recommending changes when appropriate.Supporting all business operations, value in - value out.Adapting, realizing workflow can, will change as our business grows.Communicating throughout organization.Physical Requirements :
