Requirements
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Proactively engage with clients to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Management & Quality Control: Lead and monitor service teams to deliver exceptional quality and exceed client expectations.
- Sales Growth: Identify enhancement opportunities and drive sales on existing properties.
- Training & Development: Coach and train team members to meet quality and efficiency goals while fostering a culture of growth and appreciation.

Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (pre-employment screening required).
- High school diploma or GED (customer-facing experience preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience with a professional landscape service company.
- Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high-level property maintenance (preferred).
- A positive, engaging personality with a passion for hitting goals and exceeding expectations.
